Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every plan includes a 14-day trial with no card required. If you don't upgrade, your photos and galleries are kept for 30 days so you can download them.

How is AI sorting measured?

By the number of photos sent to AI sorting in a month. Photos that are only stored and shared in a gallery do not count toward the AI quota.

What if I use up my AI quota mid-month?

Buy an extra photo pack or wait for the next cycle. Everything already sorted, your galleries and client data keep working as normal.

Can I get a company invoice?

Yes. Piklove is operated by Quang Minh Solutions & Software Co., Ltd., which issues electronic invoices using the details you provide.

Can I upload original RAW files?

Yes. Piklove reads the preview embedded in each RAW file so the AI runs fast, while the original stays untouched for you to deliver or edit further.

How do I change or cancel my plan?

Change plans yourself in your account; it applies from the next billing cycle. Cancel any time with no penalty.
