Information we collect
When you fill in a form on the website (contact, trial, newsletter) we receive your name, phone/Zalo number, email, studio or profile link, and the choices in the form (needs, type of photography, sessions per month, preferred callback time).
When analytics tools such as Google Tag Manager are enabled, anonymous usage data may be collected to improve the experience.
How we use it
- To contact you, advise you and guide your trial.
- To send the newsletter if you subscribe (unsubscribe any time).
- To improve content and product using aggregated data.
We do not sell your information to third parties.
Photos and client data in the product
When you use Piklove, the photos and client data you upload belong to you. We process them only to provide the service (storage, sorting, galleries, delivery). Your photos are not used to train models for others.
You are responsible for having the consent of the people in your photos when using face recognition.
Storage and sharing
Form submissions are sent to an internal channel (company email or messaging app) for staff to handle. The website runs on Cloudflare infrastructure. We share information only with technical partners needed to operate the service or when required by law.
Your rights
- Ask to view, correct or delete the information you sent.
- Withdraw consent to the newsletter or advisory calls.
- Disable or clear cookies in your browser.
Send your request to info@piklove.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Security
The website runs over HTTPS. Access to contact data is limited to staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure; if an incident affects you we will notify you as required by regulation.
