This website presents the Piklove service. Specific plan conditions (quotas, terms, prices) are confirmed when you sign up or in a separate agreement.
Pricing and commitments
Displayed prices are proposed prices, exclude VAT and may change. Results, customer stories and quotes on the website are illustrative and are not a guarantee of results for any customer.
Your account and content
You are responsible for the photos and data you upload, including usage rights and the consent of people who appear in them. You keep full ownership of your photos.
Acceptable use
- Do not upload content that breaks the law or the rights of others.
- Do not deliberately disrupt the system or access other people's data without permission.
Limitation of liability
We work to keep the service stable but cannot guarantee it will never be interrupted. You should keep your own backups of original photos. Our liability is defined by the service agreement, to the extent permitted by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and show the update date at the top of the page. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the new terms.
